Session Registration Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before registering for a WFM Commons session.
1. Session registration
By registering, you confirm that the name, email address, phone number, company, role, and any other information you provide are accurate and belong to you. Each registration is subject to confirmation by WFM Commons.
2. Use of registration information
WFM Commons may use your registration information to process and manage your registration, confirm your attendance, communicate schedule changes, provide session reminders, and send meeting or access details. Your information may also be shared with the session host and service providers when necessary to deliver and administer the session.
3. Marketing and advertising
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to WFM Commons using the contact details you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company, and role, for marketing and advertising purposes. This may include updates about future sessions, events, tools, services, community programs, promotions, and other WFM Commons offerings. You may request to stop receiving marketing communications by contacting us.
4. Confirmation and meeting details
A submitted registration may initially appear as Pending. Once approved, it will appear as Confirmed. Confirmed registrants will receive meeting or access details using the contact information provided, normally five days before the scheduled session. Meeting links and access details are intended only for the registered participant and must not be shared without permission.
5. Changes and cancellations
Session dates, times, speakers, content, or access arrangements may change. WFM Commons may postpone or cancel a session when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants using the contact information provided.
6. Participant conduct
Participants must behave respectfully and must not disrupt a session, misuse session materials, record or distribute content without permission, or use attendee information for unauthorized purposes. WFM Commons may remove participants who do not follow these requirements.
